Terms and Conditions

Cosmetic Medical Clinic’s Terms and Conditions for Memberships are a binding agreement between you and Cosmetic Medical Clinic and will govern your participation in any and all Membership offers.

Memberships

Cosmetic Medical Clinic offers three membership types: Platinum, Deluxe and Signature. The Platinum Membership includes Services: Hydrafacial (Deluxe), Oxygeneo, Laser Genesis (Face & Neck) and 15% off all products and other services (excludes vein treatments). The monthly price of the Platinum membership is $215/month CAD. The Deluxe Membership includes Services: Hydrafacial (Signature), Laser Genesis (Face), Jessner Chemical Peel and 10% off all products and other services (excludes vein treatments). The monthly price of the Deluxe membership is $165/month CAD. The Signature Membership includes Services: Microdermabrasion, Custom Facial, Dermaplaning and AFA Chemical Peel. The monthly price of the Signature membership is $115/month CAD.

Participation

By purchasing a Membership, you agree to a 6-month commitment. Participating in the Membership entitles members (“Members”) to take advantage of certain Services that may change from time to time and, which may be made available for limited times, all as determined by Cosmetic Medical Clinic in its sole discretion. Cosmetic Medical Clinic reserves the right to modify these Membership Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Membership Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Membership or redemption of Services is considered acceptance of the Membership Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Upon notice, Cosmetic Medical Clinic may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Membership or any Service at any time, including the availability of any Service.

Membership Period

This Membership will continue until terminated, suspended, modified, or converted to another benefits program by Cosmetic Medical Clinic (the "Membership Period").

Eligibility

By becoming a Member, you need to have a registered account. You can sign up through our Memberships page or Create An Account.

Payment Methods

Payment can easily be made online with any major debit or credit card, including VISA or MasterCard through your account. The Memberships require monthly payments. There is no ability to pause or put the Membership on hold.

Cancellation

If you are looking to cancel your membership, you must email us a written notice 30 days prior to cancellation.
